•Pastry parcels with feta and my own mix of spices and herbs.

•Chicken thighs cooked with a blend of spices on a bed of flavoured rice mixed with mince; garnished with pomegranates, toasted almonds, pine nuts, pistachios, parsley and cashews

•Lebanese salad with parsley, mint, red onions, juicy tomatoes and fine cracked buckwheat.

•Filo pastry layered with melted butter, filled with pistachios. then drizzled with a flowery sugary syrup and rose water.
