Batata Harra - [Ba-ta-ta Ha-rah]
Batata Harra in Arabic is literally translated as “spicy potatoes”. However, my take on this dish is not overly spicy as I prefer to highlight the natural flavours of the potatoes by adding just a touch of chili peppers. Their heat perfectly harmonises with the aromatic blend of garlic and coriander, resulting in a truly authentic Lebanese dish.
